We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, were here to help with returns and refunds under the following terms.

You may request a return or refund  within 30 days  of receiving your item.

After 30 days from the delivery date, unfortunately, we cant offer a refund or exchange.

 

 3. Eligibility for Returns

 

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

 

  The item is  unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging  (including all cables, manuals, and accessories).

  The item must not show any signs of wear, modification, or tampering.

  You must provide a  valid order number or proof of purchase .

>   Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

>   Products with obvious signs of use (such as scratches, software activation, or removed serial number).

>   Clearance or Final Saleitems.

 

 4. Return Process

2. Once your return request is approved, we will send you the return instructions and return address.

3. Pack your item securely and ship it to the provided address.

4. Once we receive and inspect the item, well notify you via email and process your refund if applicable.

>   If the return is for personal reasons (e.g. changed mind, ordered the wrong item), the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

Approved refunds will be issued to your  original payment method  (e.g. credit card, PayPal, or Shopify Payments) within  310 business days  after the return is received and inspected.

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

 

  6. Exchanges

 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

 7. Late or Missing Refunds

 

If you havent received a refund yet:

 

1. Check your bank or PayPal account again.

2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
